Who We Are
WildStarr Productions was founded in 2010 by Boston-based singer, producer, actor, and dancer Marty Tierney. His journey into music began at Boston Arts Academy, the city’s premier high school for visual and performing arts, where he studied vocal performance and discovered a deep passion for songwriting and production. While his original goal was to pursue acting full-time, his love for music quickly took center stage.
After releasing his first songs on YouTube, Marty realized he needed a name that captured his creative vision. Thus, WildStarr was born.
The name WildStarr reflects a bold, youthful spirit: fearless, ambitious, and unafraid to explore the unknown. It represents the freedom to take risks, embrace creativity, and step into life’s “jungle” with confidence. And yes, we believe everyone deserves a little STARR power (the extra “R” is just for fun).
While attending the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Marty expanded his skillset into event planning and concert production, all while continuing to release music and pursue the performing arts. As WildStarr continued to grow, it evolved into a production and event company with two main areas of focus:
